„My team has no experience with games”, „We want to provide integration and fun, but also practice team cooperation”, „We want to bet on proven solutions”. „We want to find out what we can improve in team cooperation and communication.” – when we hear such words from clients, we advise them to choose the Collaboration Olympics. The popularity of this workshop has not waned for years, it is one of the most popular in our offer.
The workshop consists of two classic communication games. After playing the first one, participants analyze it and draw conclusions. They think about how to improve communication and cooperation in the team. Enriched by this experience, they proceed to the next game, which requires the use of newly acquired skills. This scenario promotes learning, reflection, interesting insights and valuable conclusions. It makes the participants face more and more interesting challenges. The Olympics of cooperation draws participants into a common passionate play, gives a lot of positive emotions and stimulates team spirit.
In Collaboration Olympics we use: Symbols, In the Dark, Team Puzzle, Webmaster. Their selection depends on the purpose of the meeting, the size of the group, logistical conditions, etc.
In addition to communication and teamwork, the Collaboration Olympiad workshops also address issues such as creative problem solving, working under time pressure, efficient use of time, integration of different cultures, taking responsibility for work results, division of tasks in the team.
