IF WE WANT A BETTER TOMORROW, LET’S WORK FOR IT TODAY!
Cosmopolis
- 2,5 - 3 HOURS
- 20-120 PARTICIPANTS
The Cosmopolis game transports you to the metropolises of tomorrow – modern cities where the well-being of residents comes first. The traditions of local communities, convenience and accessibility are important. Modern technologies serve sustainable, environmentally friendly development.
Cosmopolis is a city of the future in the solarpunk trend, according to the trends of the most realistic vision of how the pro-environmental trend will be combined with urban spirit.
As a team, you take on the role of a design bureau that plans and builds cities. The residents of three towns need new public buildings and various types of urban infrastructure. Your buildings must meet strict environmental standards, be built in accordance with the development plan, and be adapted to modern urban concepts (such as the 15-minute city).
Cosmopolis strengthens:
- Collaboration focused on achieving a goal within a specific timeframe,
- Self-organization and active search for solutions,
- Breaking through silos,
- Operating effectively under changing conditions,
- Learning from mistakes,
- Openness and sharing of information within the team,
- Customer focus.
Recommended for:
- Teams that want to rebuild a sense of belonging,
- Distributed teams, employees from different departments who want to collaborate more effectively,
- Newly formed teams,
- Employees involved in customer service when it is important to strengthen CX,
- Organizations that implementing a value system adequate to the attitudes reinforced in the game,
- During onboarding,
- For managers responsible for building a cooperative-ready structure.
What competencies will participants improve in the game?
Participants in teams of several people will try their best to complete tasks, under changing conditions, facing time pressure. They will face unexpected events and will be forced to train future competencies:
- Efficient organization of the team's work,
- Time and limited resources management,
- Processes optimalization,
- Strategic thinking and analysis of available information,
- Collaboration and efficient communication within the team,
- Willingness to work with competing teams.

- It is a completely unique experience that makes people see each other and thus understand what teamwork is for them.
- Exciting fun that has a deeper meaning for the team.
- I didn't expect the game to make such an impression on me.
I recommend the game as a team-building tool especially in large organizations, because in the course of a few hours a learning situation is naturally created for the exchange of experiences and good practices.
