„Getting good players together is relatively easy. The hard part is getting them to play together.” This statement from a baseball coach captures the dilemma many organizations face. How do you get different departments of a company to „play to the same goal”?
In Team Puzzle, participants divided into several teams have to achieve the best time in assembling a complex structure in a relay race. On the one hand, they fight for the best score of their team, and on the other hand, at the end, the total time of all the teams counts. Thus, the participants balance between competition and the desire to beat the results of others, and cooperation. Between achieving an individual goal and a common goal. In the end, they implement a strategy of mutual assistance and sharing of information and knowledge, in order to achieve the best possible result of the whole group.
