A simulation about the role of cooperation, and effective communication in understanding and meeting customer expectations.
Competing teams must build a structure from a set of bricks to meet the client’s expectations. Each team’s design is evaluated using precise criteria. The client for whom they are building the structure can be asked any number of questions, and the analysis of their answers leads to the solution sought. However, each question comes at an additional cost.
