TEAMWORK FOCUSED ON A COMMON GOAL
Pixel
- 1,5 hours
- 6 up to 36 participants
In Pixel, players take on the role of stained glass artists. Their task is based on the story of the Gloucester stained-glass window – one of the largest and most beautiful stained-glass windows in Europe, dismantled during World War II and then reconstructed without exact instructions. As in Gloucester, the goal in the „Pixel Game” is to arrange the stained glass from small fragments. Knowledge and expertise are dispersed, so close cooperation is necessary.
This team challenge reflects remote teamwork focused on a common goal. It provides a better understanding of the factors that facilitate or hinder cooperation. The simulation is a starting point for defining the rules of conduct in professional reality.
It can also be an opportunity to look at your colleagues from a different side and have fun together.
Since its conception, the game has already been played by several hundred participants from different organizations, from a variety of industries (e.g. finance, consulting, new technologies, law, industry, media). We have conducted all implementations remotely as part of our online training and distributed team integration offer.
Participants practice:
