FORECAST challenges participants to predict the future. Participants take on the role of futurologists who analyze market trends and predict the future situation of their company, processes, and products.
Each participant is assigned to one team, which discusses trends and exchanges predictions.
Participants then answer questions in an interactive quiz. Answers are scored, and a winner is determined at the end.
FORECAST, is an exciting game, but at the same time stimulates creativity and integrates around topics important to the organization. It is an excellent introduction to further conversations and discussions.
