TEAMBUILDING FOR YOUR TEAM – REMOTELY AND HYBRID
CEO's Office
- 1,5 hour
- 20-500 participants
- Applications - Asobi, Zoom, Mentimeter
The CEO is looking forward to the project! This unique experience allows the team to collectively tackle the challenge of designing a cabinet for the CEO, according to her specific expectations. The game is an experience of effective cooperation in small teams. Participants have the opportunity to carry out a common project, requiring them to:
✏️ task allocation,
✏️ information sharing,
✏️ make collective decisions,
✏️ and the importance of cooperating with the customer.
The game emphasizes the importance of researching customer needs throughout the proposal preparation process. It is also a great opportunity to practice empathy, understanding, and prototyping in line with the Design Thinking approach.
CEO’s Office is an immersive simulation of the design and project management process, providing an opportunity to learn from mistakes without paying for them realistically. During the game, participants can practice their skills related to reading customer needs, communicating in a remote environment, and working on a common goal.
CEO’s Office game is a great integration for the team. It provides a shared experience and an excuse for team discussion – both about what works and what causes conflicts and hinders good cooperation. This is especially important in remote (and hybrid) work when fatigue and routine sets in for teams.
Participants experience:
- working together for a common goal
- working in a dispersed team (remote or hybrid),
- value of knowing your customer's needs,
- design concepts in response to specific expectations,
- challenges of communication in project work.
Recommended for teams, that:
- face communication difficulties,
- struggle to maintain motivation and commitment,
- want to get to know each other better in action.
