SIMULATION OF COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION IN PROJECT TEAMS
TRIP
- 4 hours
- 15-100 participants
In TRIP, participants take on the role of project teams that need to prepare a trip around the world. This is not an easy task – the client has high expectations, and the budget and time for the project are severely limited.
Workshop with TRIP consist of two rounds:
in the first one, the players experience difficulties, that can stand in the way of completing the task and they learn how to successfully work in a team,
during the second one, the players benefit from previous experience, and so the cooperation gets smoother and more organized.
The tasks that players face in TRIP are varied – they are designed so that everyone can take on the kind of role they feel comfortable in.
