INTEGRATIVE EXPERIENCE
ABOUT COLLABORATION AND INDIVIDUAL IMPACT ON THE RESULT
Tower of Power
- 20 - 60 minutes (+ discussion)
- 6 + participants
A great team is capable of working wonders. Tower of Power makes the group practice their communication skills and teamwork abilities. In a short time, like a lens, the participants will have the opportunity to look at themselves in action. The goal of the game is to achieve a collective goal – alone nothing can be accomplished here. Everyone has an assigned role, and responsibility, but the goal is a team one.
During the integration with the Tower of Power game, questions are bound to arise: who serves as the leader of our team? How do we treat each other? What is important to each of us? And many, many more.
The task is to set up a tower of wooden blocks. This seemingly simple job has many nuances on the way to the goal. The blocks have various inserts that help to position them precisely, but doing it with ropes, is not easy. Everyone directs a minimum of one rope supporting a special crane that lifts the blocks. The requirement for success is the cooperation of the whole group – at every stage – planning and implementation. This will be an opportunity to practice good communication and division of tasks in the team.
