THE GUILD OF MASTERS  is a training game focused on developing management skills. It is designed for junior managers, but can also benefit more experienced team leaders.

The game is based on the theory of situational management developed by Paul Hersey and Ken Blanchard. It is one of the most popular leadership models. It relies on the thesis that the success of an organization largely depends on the manager’s ability to match the employee’s management model to the situation in which his or her subordinates currently find themselves. This requires knowing his or her good and weak points, as well as identifying individual needs.
