Participants play the role of a team of analytical unit employees. In their region, the marshal’s office is embarking on a series of projects designed to improve residents’ quality of life and accelerate the region’s development. However, the decision-makers – the marshal and his officials – need substantive support. What to invest in? How to implement projects efficiently? What are the effects of already implemented projects? Why don’t projects work as expected? – These are questions they need urgent answers to.
The participants’ task is to acquire reliable, useful knowledge and bring it to the decision-makers. The development of the region is at stake.
For whom:
- The educational game is addressed to practitioners of the public sector - employees of analytical and evaluation units, managers of public projects, and people in public offices who are involved in the collection, synthesis and use of data and analysis from various fields of public activities.
- The content of the educational game is tailored both to the needs of employees of local government units (marshal offices, city halls) and government administration - ministries and agencies involved in designing and implementing pro-development public policies and programs.

- Identifying needs in the knowledge of political superiors, substantive department managers and public project managers,
- Gaining reliable knowledge, based on sound research methodology,
- Effective transfer of knowledge to its users in the office, using various methods of presentation and communication of results,
- Combining the results of different studies into a coherent scientific evidence base.
