TRAINING OF BUSINESS FLEXIBILITY AND OPENNESS TO CHANGE
autoCORRECT
- 3 hours (+ discussion)
- 6 - 16 participants
autoCORRECT is a simulation of work in an organization, where success is determined by the ability to adapt to a new situation, openness to making improvements, and flexible teamwork. It is also a simulation of functioning on the market, which forces companies to constantly change, requiring quick decisions and conscious adaptation.
During the game, the participant will experience many aspects of change: personal, team, and major and minor changes. In a short time, he or she will receive experiences that, when discussed by the trainer, will allow them to understand the needs associated with change and more consciously shape their attitudes towards it.
The game triggers discussions about what type of approach to change is needed for a company not only to perform in the market game, but also to achieve above-average results, thus outperforming the competition.
Participants practice:
- Flexibility and openness to change, continuous learning,
- Understand that change is a necessity due to market dynamics,
- Engagement around planned changes,
- Getting comfortable with the prospect of change, seeing in it the prospect of development,
- Preparation to bear the psychosocial costs that technical and organizational changes tend to cause.
Application:
- Kick-off of change implementation process.
- Presentation of new directions of the organization to the teams,
- Teamwork in change,
- Implementation of innovations.
📌 Conclusions and solutions developed in a pleasant form of fun, cooperation, and exchange of opinions and experiences. Less theory, a lot of practice, and fun.
📌 The game motivates me to engage in the training and allows me to learn more easily and assimilate knowledge. I’m not just an observer, the phone and work obligations don’t distract me.
📌 The training gave me a new perspective on dealing with crises and the changes that will always be present in everyone’s life. May there be more such trainings!
