The game brings realization of what a personal style of learning and skill development is. In the practical experience of the game, participants discover 4 factors that affect personal development: the opportunity to make mistakes, learning from others, feedback, and the decision to choose one’s own learning style.
During the game, participants find themselves in a jewelry workshop, where they experiment and discover the rules of building jewelry with Lego bricks. Whether they achieve mastery depends on how they use a variety of learning methods.
