Both in the organizations where telework has become a routine for years and in those where it has become an urgent necessity due to the current situation, managers certainly have to face numerous challenges, such as:
- How to build an atmosphere of involvement in a team working remotely and in a situation of deficiencies?
- How to build relationships within the team and take care of the team spirit?
- How to conduct effective team meetings in the new environment of telework?
- How to deal with individual frustration and the one appearing within the team in the unpredictable world of continuous change?
In order to provide support to managers in this difficult reality we offer 2 introductory modules ‘The team in change and telework’ and ‘The team in crisis’ and then an additional module chosen in response to particular needs.
The workshop will be conducted in an engaging and interactive form to encourage participants to the formula of on-line meetings and build positive motivation to deal with the new challenges.
