Agile has entered the business reality for good. It involves not only IT teams but all the possible structures. It is important to adjust one’s own approach in order to support goal achievement and limit uncertainties in the changing environment.
Participants learn the difference between the more traditional waterfall model of project management and agile and they get – in a nutshell – knowledge about the agile methodology and the tools used,
They experience how to act within scrum frame and work out their assumptions for project work,
Tools learnt during the workshop will help them introduce agile management principles into their own projects,
They learn also how to apply the acquired techniques in on-line remote work.
The workshop will be conducted in an engaging and interactive form, which will help participants get to know each other better, verify their competences and adapt to tasks and roles in incoming projects.
Learning and experiencing the rules of agile project management,
Establishing the rules of efficient collaboration and raising the awareness about the importance of cooperation with the client/commissioner/sponsor of the project,
Strengthening relationships within the team,
Learning how to use the acquired techniques also in the on-line work.
Each participant should have a computer with the appropriate software enabling to take part in a video-conference, a camera, set of speakers and microphone and Access to the internet.
