On the 9th of August we invite you to participate in a workshop meeting of leaders responsible for people management, strategy and business development.
In the circle of board members and key managers of companies undergoing the process of digital transformation we will take part in the simulation The Tree of Life which was designed by Pracownia Gier Szkoleniowych and awarded by the MICE industry.
Since 2004 experts from Pracownia Gier have assisted companies in Poland and abroad in building organizational culture with the help of games and simulations. Almost 30000 people have played with Pracownia in the frame of leaders development programs, managerial trainings, workshops for top managers and company meetings (300-500 people).
The meeting will be held in The Heart Warsaw – a European centre for corporate-start-up collaboration. On the 38th floor of the Warsaw Spire building dozens of international and regional companies, including among others Mastercard, Ghelamco and Samsung, have joined their forces and created a club and program called The Heart, which was meant to use start-ups as a motor of business digital transformation

Tomasz Józefacki, Vice President of the Board for development at Neuca
Tomasz has graduated from Marketing and International Business at New York Times University Stern School of Business. At the same University he got an MBA degree. In 1999-2004 he was engaged with The New York Times Company where he was responsible for marketing and promotion of NYTimes.com. In 2002 he became the Chief of Development and Strategy of Thematic Departments for Business and Technology of NYTimes.com. Since 2004 he held the position of the Department Director of “Gazeta Wyborcza” and since 2008 he held the Member of the Board’s position at Agora SA and was responsible for the Internet Segment of the company. In 2012 – 2015 CEO of Benefit Systems SA and in September 2015 he was appointed Vice President of the Board for development at NEUCA.
Monika Remiszewska, Group Director People and Development at Ringier Axel Springer Media AG
Since 2016 Monika has been HR Director at Ringier Axel Springer Media AG in Poland (also in Onet-RASP Group) as well as Hungary, Slovakia and Serbia. Before that she worked as a Partner at Korn Ferry in Warsaw focusing on technology and media. She led Korn Ferry’s Digital Practice in CEE. Being responsible for the technology and media industry Monika supports, among others digital start-ups and global brands across e-commerce, payment, and digital media. Earlier in her career, she had worked for consulting divisions of PwC, IBM and Microsoft. She specialized in projects relating to strategy development and implementation, mergers and acquisition, human capital management, complex business transformations, change management, and organization and business process redesign. Member of International Coach Federation and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Tomasz Rudolf, CEO at The Heart
Entrepreneur and business model innovation expert. One of leading experts in the field of business model innovation and increase of companies income. Tomasz has over 17 years of experience in strategic consulting in Poland, USA, Germany, Italy, Saudi Arabia and India. He has conducted advisory projects for, among others 3M USA, Saudi Aramco, Aon, Arthur Andersen, Abbott, AkzoNobel, Bertelsmann, Deutsche Bank Research, Deutsche Post, Heinz Polska, Goodyear, Netia, Deutsche Telekom. Tomasz has been recognized by the BRIEF magazine as the most creative person in the Polish business. He has worked and advised corporate partners such as Marstercard, Ghelamco, Alior Bank, PKO BP, Philips, Orbis BGŻ BNP Paribas and more.
Joanna Średnicka, CEO at Pracownia Gier Szkoleniowych
Entrepreneur and expert in the field of game design and organization analysis. Sociology graduate. Managing partner and co-founder of Pracownia Gier Szkoleniowych. Researcher of the organizational culture, its processes and operating models. Joanna specializes in the analysis of changes and HR processes taking place in companies. She has completed over 1000 hours of intervention and development programs based on games and simulations. She is a member and certified designer of NASAGA (North American Simulation and Gaming Association). As a lecturer Joanna works with the School of Economics, University of Warsaw, Collegium Civitas, Technology University Delft (Netherlands). Expert at international conferences on game design for business.
Piotr Widacki, Managing Director, Head of Digital Transformation at BGŻ BNP Paribas
New technologies enthusiast, innovator and solutions creator Piotr can make visons and plans become real. Efficient manager involved in 4 start-ups from the banking industry. Piot cooperates, among others, with Alior Bank (the largest banking start-up in the European financial industry in the last 30 years), Alior Sync; Telenor Banka and T-Mobile Banking Services. Piotr specialises in the following areas: online & mobile commerce, financial services, digital payments, business development, strategic partnerships, fintech, innovations, project management, user experience, strategy, cross-functional leadership, team building & people management.
