A few months ago online integrations were related exclusively to IT system connections. Today,offers to integrate teams online are popping up like mushrooms. Since the beginning of Pracownia Gier Szkoleniowych, i.e. since 2004 dealing with development of collaboration, engagement and team integration. Our digital transformation was inevitable. In 2015 we started using online games in development processes of our clients, while teambuilding online solutions and online integration  meetings were introduced in March 2019. It took us several months to improve our solutions, test them and bring to perfection. In December 2020 we completed over 100 integration projects – an absolute record, our Mount Blanc so far.

Number 1 – Team building online: Integration game COLLECTORS

participants become tradesmen working for different companies who visit airports all around the world. This interactive group activity online set for participants various challenges:

Number 2 – Team building online: PIXEL game

participants become stained-glass makers. The integration PIXEL game takes participants into the story of the Gloucester cathedral and its stained-glass window – one of the largest and most beautiful stained-glass example in Europe. The stained-glass window was dismantled during the Second World War and reassembled later without specific instructions. As in the Gloucester cathedra, in the PIXEL game the goal is to assemble a pattern from dispersed elements. Knowledge and skills are dispersed and therefore efficient collaboration is required to achieve the goal. This group challenge illustrates team remote collaboration focused on a common goal. It will help understand factors that facilitate and hinder collaboration. During this integration activity participants train:

to manage information and tasks within the team​,

to deal with chaos and plan work​,

to communicate efficently​,​

to collaborate productively​,​

to take responsibility for the achievement of the team goal and the final result.

Number 3 – Strengths-based Teams or Gallup online – a teambuilding and integration training based on the CliftonStrengths test

Getting to know team members better is a valuable integration element. The CliftonStrengths test called also Gallup’s Test is very helpful in learning more about colleagues and their professional potential. For over 10 years we have been conducting trainings and integrations based on talent development and we have specialized in workshop helping to create strengths-based teams. Developing strengths leads to the improvement of individual and team productivity – this management concept has been developed and popularized by Gallup. According to the Gallup Institute people can be 6 times more productive at work if they learn how to make use of their talents instead of concentrating on fixing the weaknesses (the study was carried out on 20 thousand managers from all over the world in 20 years).

Number 4 – team integration in the context of the company and industry future – Forecast 2030

FORECAST 2030 is a dynamic team activity which can be used as an introduction to discuss market trends and possible scenarios for the future. A short and engaging activity will trigger creativity and business imagination within your team.

Participants answer questions prepared beforehand by the trainer in collaboration with the client. Participants engagement rises when they score points for their team for right answers and appropriate prognosis. The winner is the team (not an individual) that picks out the most accurate  conviction related to the future of the company or industry).

Number 5 – our most entertaining proposal for team integration online – Quiz Challenge

Quiz Challenge can be conducted either in the form of a company gamification or a one-off integration during a company event. The gamification version consists of a series of 4 online quizzes, organized weekly as streaming using a tool dedicated to integration within large groups. Participants have to answer questions prepared by our team or basing on the client’s requirements. The Quiz Challenge can be organized around a given topic such as the company/team or other areas, for example Guinness world records, Poland in numbers, etc. Participants score points for both the accuracy and rapidity of their answers.
