Merchants is an on-line course on the subject of negotiation and conflict solving during which players get to know – with the help of a virtual mentor – various techniques and tools they can use in everyday work situations. They compete with players from the same group to become the best merchant in medieval Venice.
The game is interactive and very engaging. It combines elements related to adventure, strategy and competition with lessons on negotiation theory and simulations, which turns the play into a very agreeable educational experience.
Duration: 6 x 2 hours (+ debriefing and workshop)
