We have created Pracownia in order to assist companies and organizations in overcoming management challenges using training games and simulations. Our mission is to trigger, with the help of games and simulations, change in people, teams, organizations and public life.

Joanna Średnicka, CEO

Co-owner of Pracownia Gier Szkoleniowych, author of the Competence Game undertaking (on-line tool to measure competences) and conceiver of Game Changers Academy. Joanna i san entrepreneur, managing partner in 3 companies from the industry of advisory services, games-based trainings and e-commerce (experiencecorner.com). Since 2004 she has led the R&D department at Pracownia Gier; and co-designed training games rewarded in international competitions (USA, Canada, Ireland and Poland). She has over 10-year experience in managing companies with steady raise of income, operating on local and international markets. Joanna specializes in team management, talent development and analysis of changes occurring in companies. She has conducted over 200 hours of interventions and development programs based on games and simulations. She is member and certified designer of NASAGA (North American Simulation and Gaming Association). Expert in organization studies and development within the area of culture, processes and behavioral models. As a lecturer she collaborates with the Warsaw School of Economics, the University of Warsaw, Collegium Civitas, TU Delft (The Netherlands). International conferences expert in designing games for business. Graduate of a prestigious program for entrepreneurs – Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative 2017, organized by US State Department and The German Marshall Fund of the United States, whose goal is to support and collaborate with companies and start-ups.

Filip Tomaszewski

Co-founder of Pracownia. He values ​​harmony and good composition, so he prepared mathematical models for most of Pracownia’s games . His work, of course, is based on game theory, but also uses statistical and economic models, and multivariate statistical analysis. Filip is co-creator of recognized simulations and games in the Polish market and the gaming world under the sign of Pracownia, including Archipelago, ProfitQuest, and Strike Fighter. He is also  member of the International Simulation and Gaming Association. He studied at the University of Warsaw Institute of Sociology, University of Warsaw, where he completed the course of formal advanced models. For several years he was associated with media monitoring market, in 2005 he was top researcher for TNS. He is obsessed with profitability in business activities and loves MS Excel. All games he has designed begun there.

Jagoda Gandziarowska-Ziołecka

Sociology graduate, co-founder and co-owner of a group of companies from the training games and simulations industry: Pracownia Gier Szkoleniowcych, Competence Game and Experience Corner. Jagoda’a area of expertise is the use of simulation games in processes such as new team building, communication improvement, implementation of cooperation rules based on trust and goal-oriented. Lecturer of the games method at  the Warsaw School of Economics and Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego. She is fascinated with the quality of collaboration of the organization in public life. Jagoda has participated in the creation of development programs for the public administration and education sector. Between 2010 and 2014 she was member of the Board at ISAGA (International Simulation and Gaming Association). Laureate of MP Power Awards as Personality of the Year 2018 in the Teambuilding category.
